Quality was a surprise… I bought a cheaper on from Amazon and it’s was just that cheap. I saw this one and was expecting something similar but maybe a LITTLE bit better.. This one is Way better.. much stronger, much thicker, better made. Great collar.. I could use a better fit though however. The 15 might be too small and the 17 is a tad too big.
